Tiverton – Renovation and extension Project

This project was the complete renovation of a tired 1960’s detached house in Tiverton.

The existing property was dated and lacking in modern architectural charm and personality. We worked closely with our architect and the client to design this modern and vibrant family home.

We project managed the entire build from the initial ideas right through to the completion of the project.

This build had a number of stages due to the complex nature of the work involved and working around the clients living in the property while the work was undertaken.

The first phase of the build was the build of the double garage extension and the kitchen/diner extension to the rear of the property.

The second phase of this build was the removal of the existing extension to the west of the property and the build of a new double height entrance stair well, Annexe and master en suite bedroom above the annexe.

There were a number of tricky sections and details to this build that we efficiently managed and delivered all while maintaining a safe living environment for the client.

This was a truly stunning transformation of a tired 1960s house into a modern and vibrant family home.
